How do I pay for my order?
We have various payment options available for your convenience.

GCASH or Paymaya transactions can be done through the app, or at any participating stores and outlets (i.e. 7-11). After successful transaction, please email proof of payment to the successful order email you received alongside your order number and the name you used when ordering.
2. Bank transfer
You can transfer to any of these accounts. After successful transaction, please email proof of payment to the successful order email you received alongside your order number and the name you used when ordering.

3. PayPal/credit/debit cards
For PayPal/credit/debit card payments, you will be redirected to PayPal upon checkout. If you weren't able to pay upon checkout, you can login directly to your PayPal account and course payment thru [email protected] After successful transaction, please email proof of payment to the successful order email you received alongside your order number and the name you used when ordering.
Unfortunately, we do not offer COD payments at the moment. Please choose other payment options.
Details are also provided to you thru the email you used when ordering. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any email in your primary email. If no emails are received at all, please send an email directly to [email protected]
Can I make changes after I submit my order?
Unfortunately, our website does not support this feature yet. If you want to make changes to your order, please send an email to [email protected] to request for order change/reversal. We won't be processing the orders anyways until proof of payment has been received.
How do I know the status of my order?
To know the status of your order, please click the link contained in the email you received confirming successful order. To follow up on your order, reply to the email or contact any of the following numbers: +63923 729 0108 or +63905 468 3491
If you know your courier tracking number, visit http://www.dpx.ph/trackWaybill.jsp and input your tracking number to know the status of your order delivery. Your tracking number can be requested after sending your proof of payment.
Is there a deadline for order payment?
There is no deadline for payment of orders, because we will only process order after we received your proof of payment.
What are the shipping methods? How much are the shipping fees?
We ship anywhere in the Philippines!
1. Via DPX
Shipping fees vary depending on the number of pairs ordered. Shipping fee minimum fee is 40 pesos for Metro Manila and 150 pesos for provincial.
2. Via Lalamove/Grab
For "on-the-day" delivery, we can accommodate requests for delivery via Lalamove or Grab. However, customer will pay the rider directly the delivery fee upon receipt of package. You will be informed of the delivery fee when it is already booked.
How long will delivery take?
For Metro Manila, 2-3 days. For provincial, 4-7 days.
However, please take note that these are for your reference only. They should not serve as absolute guarantees or ground for failure of delivery. The delivery days can be affected by inclement weather conditions, traffics, system failures and delays on the part of our courier, the universe's intervention, and other situations beyond our control. But we can guarantee the quick processing of your orders!

What will I do if I haven't received my package or if it got lost or if there's a missing item in my delivered product?
Please send an email to [email protected]right away or contact any of the following numbers: +63923 729 0108 or +63905 468 3491. Depending on the circumstances, we can issue refund or product replacement.
Do you do meet-ups?
Yes! But only in Baguio City! For Metro Manila area, you can visit our physical stores instead.
How about overseas shipping?
We can accommodate overseas shipping on special arrangements. Please send an email to [email protected] for more details. Do also send us an email if you are interested in distributing our products overseas.

What if my order was already damaged when I received it?
If you ordered through our website, please send an email right away to [email protected] with the photo of the product or contact any of the following numbers: +63923 729 0108 or +63905 468 3491. Kindly send us an email within 2 days upon receipt of product. Depending on the circumstances, we can issue refund or product replacement. Complaints received after 2 days shall be considered ineligible for replacement/refund.
If you bought the product from any of our stores, please re-visit the store with the damaged product and your receipt.
Below is a list of situations where refund/replacement shall not be granted.
- Product with obvious sign of use.
- Item is damaged because of reasons not attributed to our production error.
